Just fixed my issue. Cant thank you enough for this post. When I was fixing it it was obvious it was repaired once before.

I had the same issue and it was also causing my ABS light to come on. When the windows wouldn't work the ABS light was also on. Have not had an issue since the fix.

update (looked right where you all said and not only was that the issue it has already been repaired once previously)

hi could you tell be where that ground is , i have 03 ford F150 simulaneously multiple cuicuits stopped working with blower running non stop

I was skeptical that this was the issue when my windows decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year - and the old gal likes to overheat when it's warm out. But pulled back the boot and sure and hell the black wire was severed. I tested them together the windows worked fine - so after some cursing it into place and a bit of elbow grease I was able to splice the wires back together and problem solved.
