The black connector that connects to your switch has a black wire it is your ground check continuity on that to your frame. The light blue wire with the black stripe is you constant hot. Make sure you have 12 volts here.

Yeah that's what mine was doing. I paid $19 on eBay for a new switch and it fixed it

I have heard that the wires from the door to the body can crack (the insualtion) causing them to short out. This may be it. My driver window was acting up and after cleaning the contacts for all the window switches in the master, it works like new again.

Hot lead was broke in two in door hinge boot. PIA to fix with boot on. Thanks all for the help.
