^bump. Also, I've noticed that when its cold, just starting out in the morning, everything works fine. Once its all warmed up is when I start hearing the pump whining and having difficulty steering

 

Just got back from the dealership, they want 2.3 hours to replace the hoses per the TSB. and $160 for the hoses themselves.
Is it possible for me to replace these hoses myself? I don't really want to shell out the $220 in labor if I can help it.
