My 05 just hit a little over 100,000 miles. Anything I should look out for that might happen?

 

Yes, look out for the mileage to reach 101,000 and beyond!

As long as you're doing good maintenance, you should see 200K. The usual battery, alternator, and such may need attention, but that's to be expected.
