Why is my abs light on?

Why is my abs light on?

Just bought a 2005 supercrew 4wd 5.4 and since ive bought it the abs light has stayed on. Any input on this would be appreciated

Theres a little sensor on the back axle. my 00 f150 had it. idk where you live but its around $20 here at autozone. i was told thats what usally goes out from mud and stuff.

Mine came on and turns out my front right hub assembly was bad at the same time. Changed the assembly and light turned off...just something to check.

yea it could be that to i was just saying the back one is the easiest. its one bolt than unplug it and.its done.
