Well you cant get 25 mpg at 65mph. But you can get 25-27 MPG running at 35-40 mph. I have done it in my 07 5.4 with 3.55 gears empty on 18" rims with 28-29" tires using 87 gas with 10% ethonal using the instant mpg computer. No tailwind, no tailgating, no bs.

 

08 f150 5.4 motor was built in 08 after the build date changed
