Default Is is possible to put backup camera in tailgate handle?

Hello,

I was recently rear-ended by another truck so there is some repair work to be done. I had a backup camera that was drilled into the rear bumper beside the license plate and it was destroyed. They will be replacing the rear bumper and tailgate during the repair work. I would love to have one of the backup cameras installed into the tailgate handle like you can get on the newer F-150s (mine is an 06). Is there a way to easily retrofit my 06 with a "factory" looking backup camera in the tailgate handle. If so can anyone point me to some links for the parts needed?

I would actually do the backup camera emblem like you see on the 09' and up f150s. I put one on my 04' F150 and i love it! I bought the camera and mirror together on ebay for a good price and then bought the 09' roof harness(Yes entire roof harness) from Tasca parts so i could cut off and use the mirror pigtail.

I have an 08 and have been looking to a back up camera. Do you have a DIY on this. I have an aftermarket HU that can have a camera input, would this all be compatible. I'm with the first guy...links?
