Roush non intercooled Supercharger

Cost: 2200-2600 HP Gain: 100+

You tell me?
Even with the blower your going to want supporting mods with exception of the UDP and CAI.

I just did the Troyer e-fans and UDP on my 07 scab. Throttle response is way better. Still waiting to see if I'm getting any MPG gains. The A/C is friggin' cold! Good mods if you got the cash and a free weekend to play in the garage. I'm in the process of detailing my truck before winter and then I'm going to get me them Dynatech LT's.

by THIS- what do you mean hp wise?
you cannot allow your exhaust to breathe too much- really the only reason anyone runs exhaust at all (not even headers) is to get gases away from the vehicle, and provide a long enough runner that cool air is not pulled into the motor from the exhaust side- which will bend a valve.
2.- very important: back pressure is a bull**** myth just like bigfoot. it has nothing to do with what is required to run an efficient motor. I don't care what your buddy thinks or your uncle etc.- it's bull****.

i know, the idea of an exhaust breathing too much sounds ridiculous. just an idea i wanted to throw out there

and sorry i wont put a supercharger on my truck, not something im wish to do. i see your point about money being spent versus hp gained, but its not something i wanna do.
