changing the oil now I knew by looking at the filter it would be a pain, but I didnt realize how bad it really is to get at lol.

Oh yeah getting that filter sucks. Also if u have a skid plate try and clean oil off it when u change filter or it may drip and cause you to worry of an oil leak.

lol I got off work at 6:30 started the change at 7 and got done at 9:30 went and borrowed all the filter tools and none fit the dang filter and I got mad and twisted real hard and said come off and i'll be damn if it didnt twist right off lol

This happened to me! I freaked out because I only had my truck a week lol

lol I was so mad who would have guessed an oil change would cost $65 I got the filter that was $4 oil added up to $30 or more and lucas cost me around $15 and my new oil pan was $10

Well I got my first CEL. Got it read and it said both bank 1 & 2 are running rich, meaning both o2 sensors on the intake manifold are either 1: needing replaced, or 2: I need to replace them along with the manifold (replace with headers of course) I priced manifolds and there about 600 for a kit which that's not even including labor. I'd do it myself, but I only done it once and that was in a car with tons of room.
