Just did my 4.6 this month. Used the Motocraft fine-wires. The Lisle tool for broken plugs is a 5.4 issue, not needed for the 4.6. The aft most plug on the passenger side will be fun.
You'll need several lengths of extensions, and I needed two universal joints for one or two of the plugs. I used a length of rubber tubing to start the new plugs on installation. Also I had to detach the power steering reservour for the forward driver side plug. One of the more time consuming plug replacements I've done in my life.
Factory torque is 13 foot lbs, but some say to use 28 foot lbs. I fired for effect at 25 foot lbs.

Some people have had misfires from Champions in a quick period of time. Say like 5 or 10,000 miles. But I have had mine on for 70K and no misfires yet. So it's kinda hit and miss. I went with them because I didn't want to deal with broken plugs but I will be going back to Motorcraft next go around just because I feel they run a little smoother.
