So, back to the drawing board
The EVTM will have a schematic for the circuit you can trace
It's pretty common for the small start wire to break off inside the connector and make no contact
Follow that wire up to the other relay and check the start signal from the ignition switch
It could still be your new TR sensor

You need to see where you are losing start signal with a test light or meter ,a light is better because it draws a load and is easier to see. You could have damaged wires going to pcm by pinching them with the bell housing -been done before . You may have blown some fuses .
