Default PLEASE HELP starter circuit issues

Hi, I have a 2007 Ford F-150 with the 5.4L triton I recently did a torque converter replacement and in the process changed the starter and now it will not start. I did a bench test with the new starter and everything was working appropriately, I am not getting 12volts at the S terminal when I turn the key though. I checked relays, all good, I then figured it was the neutral safety switch, I replace that and still nothing. Battery is good voltage and amperage and I’m absolutely stumped please help

I did indeed disconnect the battery every time and I have no PATS indicator, no flashing light, or anything that persists

Here's a wiring diagram for the starting system of a 2007 F150 2WD 5.4:
https://charm.li/Ford/2007/F%20150%2...tem%20Diagram/

And here's the tests extracted from a workshop manual for a 2004 F150 with no crank no solenoid click.

Hope these help.

Did you disconnect the wires off of the starter solenoid?
If so, you might not have the start wire on the correct side of the relay?
I'd start with a 2007 EVTM and a schematic for the circuit
You removed the trans, so for your 07, I would check the TR sensor PIDS with a scan tool

Will it start in Neutral?
If so, it's possible the linkage just isn't in place correctly. The adjustment @ tranny is sensitive and will prevent starting, if even slightly off.

Remove the square retaining clip and hold the shift lever towards rear of vehicle while sliding clip back on. I've had this very issue, that caused me to run the gambit of diagnosis to the point of drinking.

i followed steps listed in the provided diagnostics sheet and replaced the relay just in case and it unfortunately did not solve the issue

it won’t start in neutral or any gear. I figured that might be the issue so I bought new bushings at the steering linkage and realigned everything, still nothing

I got TR sensor codes back so I ended up replacing that and to no avail I got nothing solved
