Default plastic restorer

i saw and infomerical on the outdoor channel and decided to try it. its called wipe new. permently restores the colar to plastics. i tried it for 25 bux. this stuff works. a little goes a long way i will post a pic of my bumper when i get a chance. after 2 months in the desert and 23 car washes later.( i go shooting 4-5 times a week and have a car wash pass) so i usually run it 2-3 times every time i go

best black restore i have used is krylon fushion paint!!!! mothers back to black wears off fast!!! ill try that stuff out for 25 bucks!!!! if it doesnt work ill use it on my wifes car!!!

I have seen people use peanut butter and I have seen them use heat guns to bring back the black, but have always heard that the products never last. Maybe this one figured it out. As for the Krylon fusion, hell yeah that stuff works. I did all my flares, toolbox, bedcaps, and front bumper with it on my Ranger. As with everything else, it's all in the prep. This is Satin black with adhesion promoter and no clear coat. Lasted for 3 years with no sign of fading.

Wipenew will start to fade after about 3 months, and really starts going 5-6 months at best. I'm a do it right, do it once kinda guy - krylon fusion is the only thing I've seen that lasts years, not months (or weeks if you wanna talk about back to black or anything of the sort)
