Default Plasti Dip Emblems.

My friend and I plasti dipped my f-150 emblems today and they turned out pretty nice. I Was wondering what you guys though about them? Anyone else do the same? I'm not sure if I'm going to leave the front and back F150 though, I was going for a smoked look but I'm not sure yet. I might just take the dip off. Overall I like them a lot.

Quite honestly they just don't look right on a blue and tan truck. On a red, black or white truck they might look a bit better.

Honestly they actually look pretty darn good in person.

Curious, did you remove all the emblems to do it? And do you happen to know the durability of plastidip? Wondering if cold/hot/humidity would effect the coating/finish on them

Well it's my first time using it and I'm pretty sure that it's durable enough to stay on there for a long time. I put 2-3 good coats on and it won't come off unless you make it come off. I live in Florida so I will experience a change in weather quite a bit. I left all the emblems on the truck. If you want to black out your emblems, I would use this to see if you like it. The great thing about it is it's not permanent and you can peel it off if you don't like it. It comes out to a black matte finish when dried.

Not my style, but to each their own.
