just bought a new set of 20" Scorpion ATR's. Got 75,000 out of first set. Did not experience square-tire annoyance. Was very happy with the ride and MPG at about 32PSI. Which for my truck gives a smoother ride. I thought that all tires have a little "clump" for maybe a mile or two until they warm up.

I've never had that issue on any of the Michelin truck tires I've had. I can expect that on super soft performance tires, but I would not expect it on truck tires. I have almost 20k miles on my LTX M/S2s at this point (and I do quite a bit of towing, drive pretty hard, and drive at least a half mile up and down my gravel driveway every day), and they still look nearly brand new.

I also would never run my tires down at 32psi. When you put 600+lbs of tongue weight on the back plus another couple hundred pounds of tools and equipment in the bed, you definitely need a lot more air than that. I run mine at the max of 44psi in the rear and 40psi in the front due to the hard cornering I do when not towing.
