there is a rubber circle in the firewall on the drivers and passenger side that you can pop out and poke a hole in then put it back in and run the wires through it. i used the one on the drivers side.

Ive used the passenger one but its a bitch to get to. Usually have to temove the battery. Is the one on the drivers side easier?

ive never actually use the passenger side one but ive heard it was there. yes the driver side one is much easier, nothing to move out of the way. the hole is kind of hard to spot but its almost perfectly lined up with the steering column. then the switch can be ran right up beside the steering wheels and put on that little flat spot or any where you choose. heres where i put mine.
