I have a 05 screw with about 67xxx miles. Currently I have the edge evolution, gotts mod, drop in k&n, and true dual super 40's. I'm wanting to do more stuff but don't know what. I don't wanna spend 1000's. What are some bolt on's that I can do to add up to see some decent gains. Like maybe spark plugs, wires, ud pulleys, ect... please give me some good ideas and opinions on the ideas. No custom tunes for now, I wanna wait till I'm done building my truck, I se no point in a custom tune if your not done haha

I personally wouldn't bother with underdrive pulleys, not worth the money you spend for the little that you get out of them.

E Fan will free up a small amount of power, but you are to the point that you will need to spend a few dollars. Coil packs are good enough stock, no need for different plugs unless you make mechanical mods to the motor. Next I would go with long tube headers. Shorties don't give you noticeable power.
Some will say gears, but unless you have those monster tires usually you don't need them right away.
Or just accept it the way it is and start making small cosmetic changes.

I don't quite understand the question. Stock ratio I wish I had was 3.73. A little more torque with factory size tires, but acceptable rpm on the hwy. If you go with the bigger tires you need a taller gear ratio because of the additional torque it takes for the engine to turn them. As far as how big the ratio, it depends on what you do with the truck. Example-friend had a firebird...put in 4.11's and had a stock diameter rear tire. He had to drive under the speed limit because his engine was revving so high when he drove over the 65mph speed limit. His rpm's at <60 mph or under were good for long trips at hwy speed. That motor was not designed for sustained higher rpm's. Hope that helps.

What I meant was with 35's is the stock gears in the rear end ok or will it burn something up? I cannot for the life of me remember where I read on this forum about people saying that if you go bigger than 35's you need to change the gear ratio or it can damage the transmission or burn up your rear end. I've looked and looked but can't find those posts.
nickpatton_189 sorry bro, I wasnt trying to jump in on your questions.
