Default PCV valve which one?

I want to replace my PCV valve. I have a 04 4.6L. When I go to the NAPA site, they list two different ones. One is for a WINDSOR engine, the other "Push in twist-lock w/non-heated valve. One looks shorter and thicker then the other. How do I check which one is needed? Both twist in and lock. Thanks

"W" means you have the ROMEO engine, not the Windsor.

Would you not think a "W" would be used for Windsor and a "R" for Romeo ...weird

Totally deceptive in almost every form lol. The VIN code for the Windsor engine is actually "6".
