here is a video that shows all the steps to diagnose a no crank, very thorough, and shows all the things you need to check.

The 2006 F150 does have a starter interrupt function as part of the PATS system..

However, you MUST first observe the PATS/THEFT indicator to see if PATS is triggered or not. If PATS is NOT triggered but there is no crank, it is not a PATS problem.

I literally have the same problem. I lost my keys ina shopping center parking lot (only key) and had a locksmith come out to cut and program new one. The panic (not the normal) alarm went off 3x when he tried to start it and ifk what that did but it fdk the whole anti theft/PATS thing up somehow and.locked the engine from starting. My problem is now the light flashes fast when u insert the key which means it doesnt recognize that key and everything comes.on but the engine. My problem is now that I need to getbthe key reprogrammed again but the OBD2 thing under the steering wheel is not getting any power. Turns out the fuse is blown but when I insert a new one it also pops immediately. Ive disconnected cigarette lighter and wiring harness from radio. Now im down to disconnecting the ground from.there but I cant fi d it
