Anyone paint their side mirrors? I'm wanting to paint the top half white but I wasn't sure how to get it off, or if it would even look good. If you have done it I'd love to see.

 

Here's mine, i took the glass off then there's 3 or 4 screws that hold the mirror cover in place then all you have to do is prep, paint, then clear.

Those do look good. I got satin cuz I wasn't sure if I wanted to match the gloss of my truck or matte of my mirror.

 

Well with satin it will still be shinny once you put the clear coat on so it might be a happy medium.

 

Looks great but my truck is black don't really know if it would do anything. Does anybody know if the wiring is in the door for the mirror turn signals? I can but the inserts from Ford but the dealer seems to have no idea if the wiring is there.
