I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. For the second time my heater quit changing off of vents, the first time it was under warranty, but now it's not and it's a $1000 fix. It happened two years after it was new and now three years to the day sense they fixed it. There is also another F150 at the dealer getting work on for the same thing.

 

Could just be the blend door motor actuator $35 part 45 mins to change.

 

Yes, also the climate control plenum. All the same parts that have already be replaced once. Is it just me or should Ford step up and cover this. It seems to be a common problem with faulty parts.
