Default Paint questions

About to start some blackout stuff and a few tips would be great!

What brand/paint type for plastic bed rails that are faded?
For windshield/hood plastic piece?
Badges?

Also, I have a set of chrome rims that I want black. I seen/read the Plastidip option but is there another?
Also have chrome bumpers and tube running boards I want to do.

Thanks everyone for the help

Depends, on your budget. You can use back to black magic shine comes in a can at Autozone works. Ok.. Or do it rite take off or mask desired area sand with 220(lightly)600(lightly) then use degreaser, wash. Then use automotive base/clear coat it would last much longer just a thought-

Spray on bedliner works great. I did all the plastics on mine bed rails, sidesteps, all the little pieces on the underside, and the from lower valence. Truck looks brand new and this stuff lasts for years.

I guess my question really is, If I plastidip the front and rear bumpers (which are chrome) will it look good?

I know the plastidip and black paint won't match but will it look ok? Anyone done this that has a black truck?

Also gonna use the Krylon Fusion black can for plastics.

for emblems/badges...same krylon black or nightshades or ???

Use Showroom New it works amazing on plastic to restore it back to black. It's a Permanent Dye that will last
