So my truck is throwing a P0106 code(reader says,Manifold Absolute Presure,Baro Sensor Range Performance) drives fine other then a slight and I mean very slight rough idle,however gas mileage has gone down the sh*ter as of late. Everything seems fine,air snorkle,wire harnesses,vac lines etc etc
Is it safe to assume and replace the EGR valve,this thing is pricey!

One thing I find odd is the light tripped 2 days after I cleaned out the MAF sensor. Truck is an 08 with the 4.6
