Default P/s issues

Has anyone had issues with a P/S PUMP on a 2006 Ford F-150 5.4L?

The search function pulled up nothing, so I'll assume no.

It might help if you describe your issues. It is also recommended that the power steering fluid be flushed periodically, to prevent moisture from damaging the pump or rack. In your case, it may be too late.

well, mine is an 05. ive added fluid to it every year(6 yrs) now. it seems like it may be slightly leaking out from the cap. i just ad to it when it needs it, i can never find any "wetness" from the fluid.

I slammed a gravel pile 2 years ago and f'ed my power steering. It's fine for the first couple minutes and while driving. But is noisy and stiff at low speeds.
