I just ordered my new php gryphon! Got the 87 octane tow and 91 octane performance Custom tunes! So is it gonna take the 4-6 weeks to get my programmer, or will they ship me it with the stock tunes for now, and have them downloadable when they get my custom tunes done? Sorta confused on this part

I ordered mine about 3 weeks ago and I got mine in the mail last week with "canned" tunes!! Once your get it and give them your Hex code they will start creating your custom tunes! Which then take 4-6 weeks and then once they contact you, you will have to download them from their program they give you with your gryphon! But right off the bat it's just canned tunes!

 

PHP has to have your HEX code so they can truly make custom tunes for your truck. You'll will get the programmer with the upgraded Gryphon canned tunes. Follow the steps and you'll have a screen that shows your HEX code when you plug it in. Email/call it in to them and also become a member of their forum and post it in your CP. Once Bill gets the custom tunes done he'll email you can then use their server to download the tunes.

They MUST have your HEX code to create a custom tune. A lot of people get the device and wonder when their custom tunes will be done and get mad at PHP when they haven't given their HEX code to them (face palm).

 

Sounds good! They estimated shipping to be about 4 days to me or so, then ill get my hex code and let them do their work! sounds awesome!

How many tunes can they store on it?

 

Monochrome holds 3, CS/CTS can hold more (up to 20) but Bill has to be informed not to delete the other tunes when you download the custom tunes.

 

Just ordered my CS from them today! Can't wait.
