Hello;
Personally I have no good experience with OPT7 bulbs. I mean, I expected more time of functionality. I liked the soft light that filled the road when I drive

I changed my OEM fog bulbs around February, and one of the OPT7 damaged this past November. I checked both and interchanged to confirm wiring OK. But apparently the humidity damaged one So I was like blinking my eye Jaja

Did you contact customer service about their warranty?

I've had OPT7's in three vehicles for over a year now, almost 30k on one set. Love them.

They have a good warranty but customer service is a little slow to respond.

LED's are rated for 50,000 hours. If they burn out after a few months or right away, the maker is using inferior manufacturing techniques, such as those found in Chinese sweatshops.

Yea I'll never be buying opt7 again. They gave me trouble returning them and I bought them a month ago. When they finally allowed me to return them I received an email with instructions that also stated please don't leave a review if it's not positive. I mean really?

I'd probably go out of my way to write a negative review in that case.

What happened? That piece is machined aluminum. I banged the heck out of mine trying to get it into my motorcycle, I can't imagine the force necessary for that to happen? Looks like you were twisting it by the fan?

Also, it's easy to bad mouth a company when you aren't satisified but here's the email word for word I just received from Amazon in regards to reviews, notice the 4-6 hour response time. How many places do that? They aren't asking you to not leave a bad review but to give them a chance to fix it before you do. Seems legit to me!

Hello, my question is should the led's aim at 3 and 9 o'clock or should they be aiming at the 6 and 12 o'clock? I understand they can be aimed.
Thank you.
