Default Opinions please.

Which wheels do you think look better with the silver truck?

A. Dark

B: Light

Above all, I don't like the rims. Of the given choices, I'd take the dark.

I'm not a big fan of chrome wheels (esp alloy as the chrome always peels eventually), but not a huge fan of black/dark wheels either. For me, black wheels look much better on a black truck - esp if when the truck has tinted lights/windows to match.

But my son told me the chrome wheels were ugly. Maybe I'm just old and behind the times....

My main issue is it looks like you have beefy tires, and those rims don't match them. The rims have more of a street design, not really an A/T or off road feeling.

Interesting point. Never looked at it from that perspective.

I'd get a set of rims that have some chrome and look kinda tough to match the tires. Your silver truck has a lot of chrome accents and personally, slapping blackout rims throws it off.

This right here!

If I HAD to choose, the dark.

You and I share a similar opinion. I was thinking polished rather than chrome though. Kind of like the finish on factory wheels. Not sure what would look more "tough".. and looking at wheels, it sure seems 90% of what's being sold is black, or black with accents.

Yeah, maybe polished with a chrome center cap

It's a lincoln so black doesn't flow. Polished instead of chrome, and different style rim. Those do not match the truck.
