Dont waste your money, i'm sure some of the other guys will chime in but not enough performance gain for the money imo.

Headers are fine if you already have or are putting on an aftermarket exhaust. They are kinda pricey though. If you have a CAI and exhaust, im sure you will notice some difference. Is it worth your money? That's up to you.

I just put header on my 04 Screw. It was not really a fun job and I do this crap for a living.I did not really notice any seat of the pants improvement either.I did'nt do it to make it sound nasty either. It was the most cost effective way to make the repair.I had a cracked manifold on the passengers side and found a set of new (discontinued) Ford Racing Ceramic coated headers with all the hardware and gaskets shipped to my door for $215.One aftermarket manifold was going to run me almost $150.Now all of the studs are out and don't have to worry about them rotting away causing future exhaust leaks.Just have to worry about header gaskets taking a dump now. There is a company selling them on ebay, I can't remember the name off the top of my head but they were stainless steel and around $250 if I remember right. That is what I was going to get until the FRPP headers popped up on Ebay.Good luck with your decision.

IMO i have JBA Custom long tube headers but if i would of had a bit more patience i would of gone with Headman headers..... but i love the JBA's they have a very aggressive sound and a nice High end increase not really much of a notice low end but deff a nice difference on the high end IMO deff worth the money just don't be cheap and choke them out... do High flows and true duals all the way back.... and try and get 3 1/2 inch piping believe it or not it helps a lot

I have a set of Dynatech Longtubes. I love them and they made a difference. However on a naturally aspirated engine theres probably little benefit.
