Default Oil restrictor on driver side head?

Is there some sort of oil restrictor on the driver side head?
It looks like I might be getting poor oil flow to the driver side head, lash adjuster noise keeps getting louder.
I am wondering where I can look to check for a blockage without taking the whole head apart. May change some lash adjusters as well while the valve cover is off.

Default When you remove cam

There is a small passage on the first cam journal that is supposed to be cleaned out when in there . Mark all parts to be put back exactly how they come out ,lay them out carefully . Remove bolt per sequence slowly , essentially from the center out . The shop manual gives that sequence to torque them back the same way . Hand oil parts on installation . I had to change all rollers and lash adjusters. All lash adjusters have to be primed .
I would think you need to clean vcts and vct housings also .
You will need to mark cam /phasers to get this back correctly . Hard to do this without pulling timing cover . Seems like a complete timing/ clean out job is called for . Not to mention dropping oil pan ,cleaning out oil pickup possible oil pump change out .
