Default Oil Recommendations

im about to change my oil for the first time ever.

i drive a 5.4 F-150

the idiots at advance auto parts couldnt really help me.....


one said 5 qtr and the onther said 6


please help since this is very important.

ive been driving lilttle cars all my life........

i know its 5-20 i think i have 70k miles .....
