Motorcraft filter and Motorcraft 5W-20 oil ...change it every 5K miles both are available at my local Walmart.

Same here, except every 3K.

edited to add: at least, 3K is the plan; in practice, I try not to let it go past 4.

I use Q full synthetic 5w-20 and a Bosch filter.

7 quarts. I got it changed yesterday at firestone for $23. their oil and filter are their own brand something like "Champion" oh and 5w-20

7 quarts of Mobil 1 full synthetic and Motorcraft Filter. Both available at Wal Mart. I change around 5k miles. I personally wouldnt use anything other than a Motorcraft oil filter, unless u want to spend more and get a Royal Purple or K&N filter.

I'm running valvoline synthetic and ford filter. I'm sure its not really any different than any other filter but if Ford says its a must to prevent engine damage then I'll buy it.
