I have a quick question. I asked for a remote starter for Christmas and my dad is going to get it for me straight from Ford and installed at the dealership. My question is what does the remote for the remote start look like?

The reason I ask is because part of the reason I wanted one was due to my lock/unlock remote constantly dying or unsyncing to my truck. I want to make sure I can lock/unlock with the same remote. If not I will just go to Best Buy or somewhere similar and get an aftermarket installed there.

Depends on which your having installed, bronze or gold.... The gold is the bigger remote and also security....it's the only one that ford has that gives you another remote with lock buttons and remote module that bypasses the factory remote module to lock/unlock you truck (i installed this one).
