I read/seen that the stock Ford Navigation units need to be unlocked most of the time when you go to install them in your truck if you buy them off of Ebay or wherever. My question is this: I am taking my OEM unit out of my truck and want to know if there is anything I can do to keep the unit "unlocked" (theft lock). Is this possible?

I want to keep my unit unlocked so when I go to sell it, the buyer doesnt have to go to a dealer to have the unit unlocked.
