If anyone does have a link to or knowledge of a repair facility for this, I'd appreciate if you could share.

The display in my dad's truck is now completely dead. He hasn't seen the odometer show any numbers in a couple of months. He took it into the Ford dealer and was quoted over $600 for fixing it. That isn't going to happen, so I need a lower-cost solution. It's the only reason dad can't get a low-miles-per-year discount on his insurance.

Did you unplug the battery?

Honestly, if the LEDs are out then I'll agree you need a new cluster. I was lucky my bulb would come off and on...disconnected the negative terminal gave the dash a little love tap and reconnected. No problems since...

My problem is random. The green backlight stays on but led flickers sometimes, does nothing sometimes, and works fine others. The only fix for it is a new cluster, there is no low cost alternative.
