Default O2 sensors

Does anyone know exactly why my truck keeps throwing a code since I've put on my exhaust, saying the same O2 sensor is bad, it's not actually bad is it? or is all that sorta **** thrown all outa wack when I got my exhaust?

I would ask the place that installed the exhaust and make sure they relocated the O2 sensor properly. They also might have broken it and I would make them replace it or order on from rockauto.com for you

Check to make sure the installer didn't mess it up, and try disconnecting you neg battery cable for 15 min to reset the brain.

I already took it to a parts store and cleared the code, would that be the same as disconnecting my battery?
