Not to mention I've worked this truck for seven years and people still think it's fairly new. I've never owned a vehicle that I haven't gotten bored with after 3 or 4 years.

Don't get me wrong it's still an f150 and I would own it with pride, but that design just doesn't do it for me.
Let's hope the new design is as good as it looks at the shows. Unfortunately.. I can't drive this truck forever.

The 04-08 style has a timeless look that doesn't get old IMHO.. Its rare to get a style that won't appear "dated" in just few years..
I feel that the new body style requires a lot of aftermarket assistance to look great. They are still nice rides, but when that Ford Atlas comes out they are gonna be yesterday's news in a hurry.
I will never forget when one of the workers rolled up on the job site with his brand new 09 F-150, everybody including myself was saying it looks too much like a super duty. It had too much chrome and honestly looked ugly next to an 08 limited F-150. We were all talking for days about how that guy should have just bought a super duty if that's how the new F-150's were gonna look.. The style has grown on me some since then, but like I said earlier, they need some serious appearance upgrades from the aftermarket to look great.
Just my 2 cents.
