It seems that alot are experiencing this same rough idle....there's quite a few threads going currently on the matter.
I did all the same! My buddy who's a ford tech said It could be an injector getting clogged. He told me to run some chevron with techron injector cleaner through it to see how that works out.

Didn't do anything for mine....I didn't use the techron cleaner, but seafoam, which I think I read somewhere that it's stronger.

I'm dreading low oil pressure

Still is idling rough. Went through 2 or 3 bottles of Lucas injector cleaner and still nothing! Still idles rough but drives fine. Any more ideas?

Check the torque on your plugs and make sure all the coils are seated properly.

Mine idles just above 500.
