Default Normal rpm?

What is the normal RPMs for an 06 5.4 3v at temperature? Mine seems to be running rough and at 590-610 rpm. Getting about 10.9 mpg. Something is obviously wrong. I have changed the plugs 600 miles ago new filters everywhere. What could it be?

It's still running rough at idle. No missfires. Had my buddy do a live compression test with his snap on computer. Tried seafoaming the truck and still nothing. Still rough. Changed all the filters and plugs too

Try cleaning your throttle body, disconnect battery and take off the throttle body from the motor and get the cleaning fluid made for cleaning throttle bodies(advance auto) after you put it back on do
the throttle re-sync.
Put key in the ignition and turn to the no position but do not start it, after all the bells stops push the pedal to the floor slowly and then let it up as fast as you can, turn key to the off position, now do this two more times after 3rd time start engine and go for a ride. It will take about 20 miles for the computer to re-learn but you should see and feel a difference in or after about 20 miles.
I just changed my plugs and cleaned the throttle body on my 08, I only had 59,000 miles on it, my gas mileage was 15.8 after 150 miles it's now 16.8.
When I bought the truck it had 30,000 miles on it and the gas mileage read out was 14.7...also if you're not using BP gas start using it, 87 octane!
Report back to us with your findings!

Probably about 1,000 on the plugs. Just did them, my problem is that when my truck reaches temp, it has a rough idle. Shakes the mirrors and it's definately noticeable.

I did all that about 5000 miles ago after I had an engine light come on. Should I do it again?

No code. But awhile ago it was like "throttle body stuck open" and something else. I cleaned it then.
