Default Normal Fuel Trims?

Here is a snapshot of fuel trim data for my truck. Seems to be running pretty good now after plugs. injectors, coils etc.. Do these fuel trims appear to be somewhat normal now?

Looks very good to me. Bobbling above and below Zero, within +, - 3% is what it should be. I can't hardly see the blue trace (LTFT 1) except for near end of graph. I'm guessing it to be behind the Red Trace (LTFT 2) at 0.5 % making the trace sorta' brown except where LTFT 2 dropped to 0.25 near the end.

Keep in mind: Fuel Trim table is multi-denominational based on RPM / LOAD and whatever else I don't know. So watching it at different steady state operating conditions can be instructional too.

Most of the graph was at engine idle. Towards the end I gave it some gas. I may have one or two misfires during a trip ( usually none though) but I think that is a result of non Ford injectors and coils. Getting around 15 mpg on the highway. O2 sensors look great so I think I will just put some miles on the old girl.
