Default Is this normal?

Is this white gunk under the oil cap normal? My truck sees mostly short trips, but I have never seen this before.

I've read about it before, but never seen it. The thread I saw it in said it was just condensation, and you're OK if your oil isn't milky.

Yeah the foamy looking stuff is normal when it is colder outside and the trips arnt very long and the engine doesnt get real hot. Its a common occurrence on nearly every engine.
