for some reason I couldnt upload the video to this site so I added my youtube video of it....Anyone have any idea what the noise might be? Spring coil? Thanks in advance!!

Sounds like the hubs are trying to engage and are binding when turning. Turn your 4x4 on and slowly turn and see if the noise disappears. You'll feel the binding but shouldn't hear the clicking

Check you vacuum line on your IWE. You have one on both sides of the truck and it sounds like it is try to lock the axle in so you would not be getting enough vacuum or the IWE may be bad. Jack the front end up and spin the wheel by hand then start the truck and spin it. When started in 2 wheel drive the axle should not spin. Only when the truck is off or when you have it in 4 wheel drive. I hope this helps some.
