Default At a loose with the ticking

I have a 2007 f150 with 3V 5.4 triton. I recently replace both cam phasers, timing chains, tensioners, oil pump, vct solenoids, all 8 sparks plugs, coil packs with MSD blasters and the valve cover gaskets. I used all factory motorcraft partsat the same time. Replaced the alternator and battery too. The truck runs fine but it has this load ticking noise now that seams to be getting louder by the day. Any help would be appreciated as where I’m going broke and mad trying to find this problem. I dropped

That's where I'd be looking. Most likely passenger side.

Did you torque the spark plugs in? A “loose” one will tick. Ford says 25-28ft lbs.

I imagine it has to be the exhaust manifold at this point. If it's a loud ticking, that's usually the culprit. If it's just a quick tapping, it's lifters.

No I haven’t checked for exhaust leaks yet but I did check the spark plugs again and they were all torqued to the specs. I was hoping that was it. I’ve read several different methods for checking exhaust leaks but is there a preferred method that anyone had had better success with than the other? I have factory manifolds and Catalytic converter still but I do have a Flowmaster muffler with a turn downIt is not dual exhaust is just the one muffler

The "ticking" on mine ended up being a seized up rocker that cut a nice groove into the lobe of the cam on the passenger side.....
