Default Noise

In my 07 f150 5.4 I have a tick only when I crank it up then it goes away any ideas what it could be?

I am willing to bet it is either cam phaser noise or the passenger side exhaust manifold leaking.

It kinda sounds like a lifter tick but it goes away after u crank it

Is it kind of a clacking sound? If so, I'd guess timing related.

Either a VCT not getting enough oil at crank-up or exhaust manifold leaking until warmed up..
