Default No codes and high ltft?

New here, not new to working on this truck.
05 F150 FX5 5.4 auto 4x4

New timing chain, tensioner, and locked out phasers, Melling M360 pump. New lash adjusters and roller followers. New exhaust manifolds, re tightened today. New MAF.

Deleted cam phasers this year after crapping out two sets of solenoids this year. Super quiet and no ticks, runs okay with no tune but had a crazy shudder. I bought an SCT ITSX from 5star and got some tunes, threw them in, and it started pinging.
Well I noticed I had a slight exhaust leak, so I threw on some new manifolds. Then I noticed the MAF was reading a decently high count with the key on engine off, so new MAF.
After re torturing the manifold studs today after work, sitting at idle my LTFT is 1.10/1.08, and cruising it drops to 1.04/1.03. Which is better than it was yesterday, but not good enough for me.

What do I do here? It seems like something is amiss but after checking for vacuum leaks and not finding any today idk what to think. Thanks.

What are your short term fuel trims doing?

At idle they seem to just bounce around. .94-.99 roughly, occasionally coming back down to idle they'll come up over 1 to 1.03-1.05. Driving around they're erratic. No tune, heavy pull, drop to .75, which is better than the .6 i saw a few weeks ago..

I can post a LiveLink datalog, but I don't know what the best relevant information would be for someone to diagnose with.

I should add, It didn't ping before I cleaned/dryed/re-oiled the K&N filter I *was* running previously. That same day I put in the tune, and it started pinging going up a hill back home. Got home, took the tune out, drove around and it was still pinging... So I backed the timing off in the tuner until it didn't ping, and then now that it's cooled off i went back to stock which has a funky shudder coming off idle at about 50mph at around 1200 RPM that sends my STFT super low.

So, high LTFT at idle that comes down after coming off idle is indicative of a vacuum leak somewhere... time to search tomorrow.
