Have no acceleration in my 05 F-150. Replaced fuel and air filter. What do y'all think ?

 

Any codes or check engine lights on?

 

How long has this been going on? Check your FPDM condition, clean your throttle body, clean your MAF, consider running the tank down and getting gas somewhere else, consider disconnecting your battery for a while and doing a re-learn on the truck... basic stuff like that. Come back with anything else you notice, i.e. new sounds / smells / actions. :-)
