Default Nightshade???

Hey guys, I have seen some of you have used the nightshade on your tails. My question is, Is it street legal? Have any of you had problems with the police for doing this? I like the look of it and it seems easy and a cheaper solution, only if you dont get tickets all the time.

technically its illegal but as long as the cops can still see ur tail lights when you brake and its easy to tell you shouldnt have a problem. ive been wanting to do this too.
