4x4 with a 2" AS level: Just bought some used 33x12.5x17 tires and plan on buying these wheels:

Eagle Alloy Super Black Finish
Size:17 x 9
Pattern: 6 X 135mm
Offset: -11mm
Backspacing: 4.5"

My concern is 2 things:

#1 Rubbing

#2 Making sure the tires aren't sticking way out. I think the rim will only stick out an additonal 1/2" over stock, but the tires are 12.5". Anyone with pictures or knows? I DO NOT have fender flares and would like to keep it that way.

Are the rims going to be all black? I don't care for black rims to begin with...but it is your truck after all... not sure how a green truck, chrome bumpers and black rims are going to look like. I would have gone with a polished or chrome rim IMHO

 

I have the same size and lift but with 355/55/20 (33s) (20x12.5) and I dont rub not matter what I do

 

The wheels are black and chrome... this is my horrible attempt to photoshop them on. Truck is Green with Black and Chrome accents.

I'm still looking for pics or comments on how far out this setup is going to stick, anyone with pics or similar setup pics?

Tech... you got good taste, what do you think of the combo?

i found a few pics from the other site that have the same setup and the tires stick out 2" from the fender with out flares... idk kinda has that old mudder look.

 

I think it'll be an awesome look with black rims. I'd also throw some harley davidson blacked out headlights and some dark taillights. They would make for a sweet look i think.

If you really want to go deep into it, swap out for some black step rails, and maybe you can find someone who wants to swap out some black front and rear bumpers for some black ones? You can find black step rails on ebay all day for 100 bucks.
