Truck's lookin good, I see the mod bug has firmly bitten you.

Go with a tuner next, that'll complete the big 2 performance mods (CAI, exhaust, tuner).

the truck sounds great! not to loud but very aggressive. how do you like the tbs? most people have nothing good to say about them but just curious what your opinion is

 

I LOVE my Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer. I don't care what anybody else says, I feel a good improvement in performance. I also like the nice whistle..almost like a supercharger or something. yeah, i noticed a power gain and for $90, I think it's worth it. maybe it's the combo of Aero Exhaust mixed with volant and that...and that's the magical mix...but I absolutely love mine.

 

my brother has a 2008 mustang GT tuned...cold air intake... mass airflow sensor...all the works, and he just thinks it's a paperweight...I've heard that a lot...but again, I fully recommend it if you're looking for a little something extra

 

Only thing that stands out is the 4.6 badge, looks like it dont belong. get rid of the f150 and put the 4.6 in its place may look better. Just my 2 cents.
