Default New Jenson Head Unit

So I got a new head unit. Single din pop out 7 inch touch screen. I traded my ps3 for it and 2 6x9 kicker speakers.

So one of my questions is will these speakers fit? He just gave em to me cuz he doesn't have a vehicle anymore.

2 - does my 06 lariat have a factory amp? He have me an expensive harness cuz his 08 dodge ram did.

I plan on adding a back up camera to it and maybe a front facing one for shiggles.

We've got about 11 inches of snow and still falling here in Kansas so I depending on how tired I am after pushing snow all night I'll install it tomorrow.

Yeah dodges have complicated systems and you have to buy $100+ adapters like what your friend gave you. You don't need that for your ford. You need a regular adapter and if you have a factory sub woofer you need a different one.
These trucks use 6x8 speakers, so you can't use those, but I'd sell them on craigslist or ebay if I was you.
Adapter you need (if you don't have a factory sub-woofer):

Dash kit (single din)

I don't think you will need an antenna adapter, you should be good

So close to speaker size! Haha thanks for the quick response. I think I should have everything I need. And clue on my steering controls?
