Default New head unit ?s

So I am looking for a new head unit for my truck. I have the rear entertainment system which can be controlled by the head unit. The rear DVD has the wireless headsets and the dual play mode is controlled by the factory unit. I have the factory audiophile sound system with Sirius as well. Does anyone know what type of touch screen unit I would need to ensure the operation of all these systems including the steering wheel controls?

Did you have a rear entertainment DVD from the factory?

Anyone out there have an answer to this. My disc changer crapped out and I want to upgrade but can't lose the DVD.
